My experience was having my realtor opened the door for someone when I had already explained the situation. Nothing resolved just about selling. And no calls back to fix any thing. I've never worked with a worse group. And act like I did some thing wrong.
I'll never recommend or have any thing nice to say. The broker won't even call me back.
I'm appalled and disgusted. Nothing was even done. And the realtor after that kept contacting me. Not what I had expected for the money..... terrible relationships. The problem wasn't the money it's the way things were handled by your realtor... it wasn't right. And no resolution from any one in your office.
I'm sorry you see only the money- not the problem at hand.
