I never had a problem with this place, I’ve been coming to this place to do my taxes since 2012. Either Jaime or Gloria would help me file my taxes. I file my taxes to my knowdlge on March 10. I kept checking on the irs website to see what was the status and nothing was coming up. To me that was so odd since that had never happen to me. Well today I went ahead and called to see what was going on. The receptionist took my number down and said Gloria was going to call me to let me know what was going on. Since Gloria help me filed my taxes. They instead called my mother and let her know what was going on. I was so angry and upset since I did not give consent for them to give my personal information. So I called The office and the receptionist answered the called again. I went ahead and told her why I did not received the call and instead my mom did. She apologize and said that she was sorry and that Jaime had look at my paper work and that everything was fine. I told her no is not fine because I know dam well my taxes were never filed! That if I had never called to check up on them I would’ve never got my refund!!!!!! Worst place ever never would I come back at all. So incompetent people that work at this office. Then Gloria calls me leaves a voicemail and admitted on her mistake. She said my taxes were put on hold and they were just sent out today!!!!! Like really after three week, worst experience of my life.!!!!!!!!!

Illegally completed an immigration process conducted under my name and against my approval. This 🐀 are just one sided notaries, screwing up the other party with false representations. Looking forward to report them and take it to court.
