This specific branch is exceptional. I can't say enough positive things about their office. I enjoy having State Farm insurance to begin with, but even so more having THIS office. Jennifer and all of her staff are not only caring and personable but so well organized and quick with any documents I may need or paperwork I need to fill out.

My husband and I were in a car accident, and when I called their office they were spot on on helping me with everything! I was in a total panic the whole week, and the WHOLE office knew me every time I called, which was almost every day. Anyone who answered the phone helped me. This is how this office works! 😊

Once my husband and I were ready to purchase a new vehicle, our salesman called Jennifer's office to add it to our insurance policy. He spoke to Nicki and said she was awesome. She knew who we were, got all of our information from him and had everything he needed in less than 5 minutes. He was impressed! It was such an easy process with her help.

State Farm has some great employees at this branch! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently changed my car insurance over to Jennifer Lamphere State Farm Insurance. I am so happy that I did. It was so nice to have someone go through all of my options to help me pick out what would work best for me. My old policy with my other insurance company did not take the time to go over my options and I was, without a doubt, under insured. I am thankful that I was never in an accident otherwise, I would have figured that out at the most inopportune time, my time of need. They are not pushy at all, they want to educate you first and foremost. The quality of service is top notch!!!

Amazing customer service and customer assistance. I've been with State Farm for my auto insurance for years, they give me great rates, but also have some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. They answer the phones and return calls promptly, and proactively reach out to me to resolve issues. Any time I get on the phone with the office, they are very friendly helpful, and informative, and answer any questions I have. Could not ask for more.

Seems like many folks today have time to lash out and criticize anything other than perfection. And the truth is everyone can't always get everything they want or feel they deserve. Fewer folks manage to take the short time to give a compliment or a pat on the back. I would be remiss if I did not tell folks they are doing a great job at State Farm. All of the staff are willing to respond and help on every call or email. Reps work with you to get your best premium options and explain any gaps in my understanding.
