I had my car here for a routine service appointment about one week ago for an A3 service appointment. The woman at the desk was very kind and accomodating for me getting my loaner, and I appreciated the service at dropoff. I was then called by my service advisor for the day who informed me that my car was ready for pickup. I did not get any explanation on what services were done which I know is the case for some services appointments, but I had appreciated my advisor going over what was done in the past.

The next day, I had a check engine light on in my car. While I know it can be chalked up to coincidence, I did suspect they had either found something that had triggered the check engine light during my service appointment that I was not informed of, or due to them servicing my car they may have set it off as they were working on my car. I had called back to talk with my advisor who did not note anything unusual on my car yesterday. I had asked about any potential refund or partial coverage of services should I bring in my car to have them investigate the check engine light, and I was informed that I would only get coverage if there was a problem they found covered by my warranty.

While I understand things like this can happen, I do find it hard to believe that after no previous history of check engine lights for my vehicle that it would not be due to some mishandling of my vehicle that the alert would be triggered. I was also dissappointed that I was not offered some sort of discount when I was trying to schedule a follow-up to have my car evaluated for the check engine light, especially after servicing my car here for several years now.

Overall, it did lead to a negative experience.

Staff is super friendly and polite, but I’ve had my Mercedes GL450 and I’ve had nothing but problems out of it. The first week I received the truck my check engine light came on I was told it was due to the gas cap! A few days later it went off and came back on a month later. The diagnostics came back as a Motor Mount (core) 2 weeks later my light was back on and it was another motor core that needed to be replace, after that all sorts of things started going wrong with my truck! They were so gracious enough to fix it but now my suspension has gone out in the truck and after the 5th problem with the car I no longer wanted it so I went and tried to potentially trade it or get something reliable one of the salesman just brushed me off and I kept getting the run around and now I’m left stuck paying with a car note that comes with a warranty that doesn’t covers anything I’m screwed!! Worst Jack Ingram Experience ever

Mr. Terry in the service department is hands down the absolute best! Mr. Terry goes over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your Mercedes experience is the absolute best experience! He always greets you with kindness and has the most caring personality!

Especially with my advisor Cheryl. Dont get me wrong they are a team and fill in for each other. Simply amazing is all I can say. When I say that I can't leave a decent review I mean it. I was having issues with my Mercedes, called the Mercedes dealership only to be told that they don't work on my year Mercedes....you are a Mercedes dealership, come on. Then to order a key you want me to pay to have it towed in and then towed away again because again you don't work on my year vehicle. Please be so for real! You have proven to be nothing but useless so far. I would love to be able to change this review but we will see the ball is now in mercedes court.
