Looking for a gym to keep me accountable and help me get back to the groove of things. A close family member of mines referred us to INTRVL. Let’s just say first day of class felt like we were a part of the family. The environment is clean. Everyone there uplifts and motivates one another. Big Huge thank you to JB and the rest of the coaches at INTRVL for helping us reach goals! This has been a safe place for me. After every workout im feeling my Best! This is such a great gym and community! I tried one class and felt welcome from the start. I so appreciate how encouraging everyone is and how all the workouts vary. The coaches offer scaled and more advanced options as well as guidance to help you improve and prevent injury. I was super out of shape when I started; I feel so much stronger now, 9 months later, and empowered to keep pushing myself safely. JB the owner is so kind and really responsive. The facility is always clean with equipment in good condition. I’ve learned a lot and have never been more dedicated to fitness in my life. Joining INTRVL was definitely the best thing I’ve done for myself this year - you won’t regret checking it out!

great gym and amazing fun community ! the owner JB is super knowledgeable and focused on helping you achieve your individual goals. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They have a fully equipped and clean gym. I also love the programming!

Just got out of a workout today and it was a great experience for me. JBs energy was immaculate and very welcoming. EVERYONE in the spot was very welcoming. So if it’s your first time and you’re nervous, don’t be! They take care.
