I am the first to say that I have been a lifelong “gym hopper” and I’ve found my forever gym. Ignite Fitness/personal training gym has been a life saver for me. Kim, Alex, Sarah and Lee kept the place running safely during the pandemic while they provided top notch, personalized, motivating workouts for everyone who walks through the door. BIG shout out to Kim, the owner: her customer service and genuine interest in helping you is amazing. Last fall, I had a serious cycling injury that landed me on crutches for two months. I was down and ready to quite the gym. Kim motivated me to keep coming in and tailored all of my workouts to my injured back and kept me moving. She helped me nurse back to pre-injury strength which was a huge part of keeping my mental health in check. BONUS! You will have fun during your workouts. The staff and members are a blast to hang out with. 😉

Best gym in West Hartford center if you are serious about getting into shape in a friendly, clean, and motivating environment. Kim is an amazing fitness coach who has been personal training forever. Couldn't be happier with the service and facility - Def worth checking out.

For me it was about finding a place to meet my fitness goals. Strength, Flexibility, Weight Loss - 18 workouts in - some 1on1, small group, and metabolic classes. Down 10lbs, 2 percent body fat loss, never been this flexible and my core is stronger than ever. I owe this to Kim and the amazing staff at Ignite Fitness. Love their approach to training. I actually knew the owner of this gym when she worked as a trainer for a local franchise gym. She always has a great attitude and is very approachable. I'm happy to see her branching out on her own. The facility is very clean and organized.
