Terrible. I had received notice from Dodge that airbags needed to be replaced. Called dealership and waited a week to get in. Originally was told 2 to 3 hour job but got there was told by male service manager it would take 2 to 3 days. Seems kinda extreme difference to me. So long story short called them midmorning Friday for update and guess what never even touched my car and gave all kinds of excuses as to why. They did say someone should of called me thursday? Ya think! Get this they said come get car and will now have it done by next Tuesday! You can't make this up. Oh and I had to borrow a car from a friend for 3 days but hey they don't care. I picked up car on Friday and said I will never step foot in here again. The one thing the lady manager said "I don't blame you" is the only honest thing they did. I don't think I will be getting a call back on this review....

Oh follow up went to Dodge dealer in Dover replaced air bags in one day with no problems. So why 2 to 3 days....hmmm

My 24 jeep was in for a recall. The people at the desk checking me in were very nice and professional. The turn around for getting the work done was very fast. The only negative aspect was the condition of the vehicle. The service being done was to the dash. Who ever did the work failed to clean up the mess they made over the dash area. O
