This agency has been a blessing and an answer to prayer. I didn’t realize my parents had caretaker hours through their insurance. Thankfully, I found out and was referred to this agency. They have been so thorough, compassionate, and professional. Andrea has been absolutely wonderful. Knowing she is taking great care of my parents gives me such peace of mind. I am forever grateful!

Warning! Please be cautious if you consider working for this company or allowing them to send caregivers to your home. They are exploiting the elderly by overcharging clients while underpaying their caregivers. My mother worked there for over two weeks and still hasn’t received her paycheck. Each time we call to resolve the issue, they give us the runaround. It’s been over two weeks, and she has yet to be paid. If you are facing similar issues, please contact the Department of Elder Affairs. They charge clients over $30 an hour but only pay caregivers $12-15, and when it’s time for payment, they refuse to pay. Be very careful about working with or partnering with a company that mistreats its employees. Seems like they mistreat the black folks and pay only their Hispanic caregivers fairly ! You shouldn’t be doing business with a company like them ! BECAREFUL!!!

Homewatch Caregivers did an excellent job helping to care for my elderly aunt during her last few months before she recently passed away. The owner and the nursing supervisor are very professional, concerned and compassionate. They made every effort to make sure that my aunt had appropriate care as her needs increased and did their best to handle bumps in the schedule. I felt that my aunt’s well-being was of personal concern to them and that she was not “just another client.” The home health aides were very caring and went “above and beyond”. I have no hesitation in recommending Homewatch Caregivers.
