Let me start by saying I have never once contacted this agency. A gentleman by the name of Matt Connor called my employer looking to recruit me for a role in a competitor company. When I asked why he contacted my employer, he responded by saying that he did not generate the contact information and does not know how that happened. I confirmed this is the correct company by matching the name and phone number. It is clear that they are purchasing leads from a non credible source. While I cannot speak for how their service is if you actually intended on using them, this mishap did not sit well with me.
