I have a water damage in my bathroom's unit . And the management company are refusing to file a claim on their insurance, because they claimed I caused the damage, even though i'm fully cover. I have tried to solved this problem with the manager Dennis Lewis and Andy , but they been nasty and not professional with this matter. When I tried calling them, they don't let me speak and they hung up the phone on me. They have also said that they will see me in court, because they will not file a claim. Also, I have sent may emails asking about the bylaws and the contact of the President of the Board of Directors, and till this day, I haven't got any answer back.

One of the biggest reasons to sell my condo was because of these people ... I realized that even after paying off my condo, I'm under their authority ... the attitude I had to deal with from them... they start sending me previous owners' bills ... i sent multiple emails and called and left messages to get an itemized breakdown of the bill they're sending me ... they wouldn't respond to any of it ... i had to go to the BBB website and write a negative rating, and the next day, they responded. Then, the women who work in their office instead of helping me say you can just sue us and walk away without coming up with a solution... then she started adding bills that were not even supposed to be their ... they are the best example of why HOA's got bad rep all over the country... i would never buy a property under an HOA ever again ...

Always an issue, ever since they took over the last 2-3 years my rent has gone up every year and the issues as well. We’ve been dealing with ongoing loss of hot water and the property manager is on his 2nd vacation of the year and there’s no one to help on the weekends like usual. They allow anyone with money to move in, dogs are not allowed per our lease but the property manager has been letting ppl pay him on the side and won’t amend our lease. Parking is hell, the lawn and trees grow wild. When it snows we’re trapped in the building for days!!!

I had a flooding issues in my condo... My whole condo had to be re done over. It took a total of 3 months. G&W management were respectful, considerate and very professional... All of my questions and concerns were addressed.

Absolutely the most Rudest people on the planet. Most unprofessional human beings I’ve ever worked with. There’s a reason why they only got one star. And every single person that works that office is a woman or should I say a Karen. They threatened to take peoples grills from their property after a fire happened in our complex because of the owners incompetence but yet threatened to remove our property without legal justification. I have been hung up by them numerous times trying to ask normal questions to them, they honestly should not have a job because of how they talk to people and how they represent themselves. And absolutely the worst customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with in my 48 years of being alive.
