This group placed three different professionals for our company over the past couple of months. One of the individuals that they sourced was simply a bad apple, staying with us for just 38 days. Because our placement bill for this individual was paid in 12 days (instead of the proscribed 10 days) they would not honor filling the spot at a preferred rate. In fact, their team wouldn’t agree to charge a lower amount until after I fired them. For me, I don’t want to do business with people who are rigid like this—this is simply not how I do business, and it clearly is terribly poor customer service. Good customer service would have been to honor the preferred terms of the contract; the BEST customer service would have been to offer a huge apology for sourcing this dishonest employee and promising to replace her for free based on her short (and dishonest) tenure. IN FACT, I have found that other groups would have filled the spot for free. Understand that by choosing another placement agent, I forfeit our ‘credit’ of $7000, but I’d rather forfeit $7000 than do business with this group! The lesson is this: When you choose a placement agent among the throngs that are available, do your homework and choose wisely!

This Agency has been beyond amazing. They have an impecable staff whom are so sincere and worthy to be responsible for someones career placement. I must admit they have blown me away. Today I received a delivery from Frontline. I opened the box and it contained all kinds of office goodies to help me transition into my new position smoothly. I love them, they are life .I would highly recommend this Group to any one looking for hire or to hire a placement agency that will get it right the first time. Frontline will not disappoint trust.

I worked with Robert and Frontline and had a great experience. He worked very diligently to ensure I got everything I was looking for with out being too aggressive. He provided additional tools to make the process easier for my busy schedule. I was laid off in January of 2016. I did the online job finders, used my personal network to find possible jobs, etc... Even though I was going to interviews, the companies did not seem like they were a great fit for whatever reason. Other offers, I was making more collecting unemployment which is always depressing.
Anyway, I received a call from Melissa letting me know she had received my email from a contact of mine and she said she had a great fitting job for me. Let me tell you something, these people at Frontline are incredible. I dealt mainly with Melissa Johnson and Bill Kasko, and it was amazing having them in my corner, working for me to get me back in the job market. With in two weeks I had an offer and a start date!! They are amazingly kind people that really make sure you find the job you want. I hope I do not have to use them again =) but would in a heartbeat if I ever needed a job again!!

I had a bad experience. Esmeralda contacted me with a job opportunity and told me I would be great for the position. After asking my references to take time out of their day to fill out a form for them and then I had to record some silly introduction video she stopped contacting me. I emailed her for an update and she told me she would get back to me once she heard something, and I have yet to speak with her again weeks later. It's fine, I found an even better job opportunity elsewhere, I'm just upset that my time was wasted here. I won't recommend any of my colleagues to this place.
