Dude if I could give 10 stars I would. I am a veteran that suffers from mental health issues and this place has really truly been a saving grace for me. I go 2-3 times a week and it’s the highlight of my week every single time. I’ve developed more patience, understanding, resilience, and dedication through this program. I’ve even forged a lot of bonds with my pad and sparring partners and my coach Howie, so much so that they all feel like family to me. If you are looking to get into martial arts whether that be to defend yourself, develop skills and virtues, or just something to do to be active and have fun, this is hands down the best place in Russellville to do all those things. These guys have left a lasting impression on me and I will remember this gym forever. Much love to my Forca Family!

My husband has been going to forca for boxing since he was 15. I've been going to Forca consistently for about a year now. After having my son I was feeling not so great about myself and my body. I've known Cora and Brian the owners personally for about 6 years, they even came to my wedding. I talked with Cora about my options at the gym and how I was feeling and she recommended the fitness kickboxing class, I love that there were so many options for me to choose from and different times I could come too. I love the people and the environment, we are like one big family, everyone knows everyone, kinda like our own little town. I love that Brian and Cora bring their dogs too. I love that my one year old is allowed to come and he plays on the mats in between classes. There are just so many things I love about forca, it's hard to type them all. I love watching the kids classes and how attentive and caring all the coaches are. It's just the best gym I've ever been to. I'm not self motivated to work out and having my forca team makes it so much easier to make the choice to be a healthier me. I love what Forca has brought into my life. And I can't wait to see my son in the classes soon !

Forca holds me accountable. The fitness kickboxing class is the best way to start your day! I remain active, motivated and it has helped me maintain my weight loss for the past 5 years. Forca is family, from the people I workout with, to the coaches!. It's my most favorite workout out of everything I do. Best stress reliever ever getting to kick and hit a bag! I feel very fortunate at 44 to be able to keep up with the younger fitness crowd or surpass them. I'm healthier and more in shape cardio wise now than when I "thought" I was as a teenager. I can run circles around that kid 😏 Sign Up. You will thank me later!

cannot recommend Forca enough! I was very hesitant to start fitness kickboxing. 1. I did not know anyone 2. I am 49 years old. 3. I am outta shape. I am very glad I did. Everyone was welcoming & the instructors are great. They show beginner level exercises along with experience. I do not feel uncomfortable in class. The classes are fun & 45 minutes goes by fast. Glad I joined !!

I have been a member here for over 2 yrs and have never had a bad experience. I tried many of the classes but my favorite is fitness kickboxing! I enjoy all the instructors of this class. They make me feel welcome and I feel like I’ve gotten a good, hard workout every time.
One of the best perks about Força is how clean it is! They have adults and loads of kids in and out of there and it’s always clean! Especially the bathrooms!
