I had the privilege of training with Jake, the owner of the gym, for about 3 months, and I can honestly say he is one of the best fitness coaches I’ve ever worked with. Jake not only pushed and encouraged me throughout every session but also made sure I felt well taken care of. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve gained significant strength and learned so much about fitness.

Jake goes above and beyond by tracking my progress and never letting me down. His gym is also incredibly well-maintained—he does a fantastic job keeping it clean and organized, making it a great place to work out.

Though I need to stop due to an upcoming move, I would love to train with him again in the future. I highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is committed, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your fitness journey!

Great gym, I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is welcoming, both trainers and clients. The owner, Jake, is awesome, he’s very helpful and we all motivate each other here. It’s the best gym I’ve been to so far. People here just want to help each other achieve their goals, it’s not for show. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking a solid gym experience.
