Fitness MD has been a community conscious facility for many years. They host the yearly Lose to win contest, and it gives people an opportunity for a specific period of time to get help get acquainted with the gym, and to try something they maybe haven’t tried before. The trainers there are very friendly and very encouraging. Because I live 30 minutes out I don’t have as much available time but when I do go, I’ve enjoyed every class that I’ve attended and when I’ve needed instruction on a particular piece of equipment I have gotten it . Thank you fitness MD for being such a great part of your community.

Since day one it’s been the place I like to go to get better. It started off with a simple fitness challenge, but it’s grown into so much more. A lifestyle. They offer, group exercising, cardio equipment, Dumbbells, Kettle bells, and a wide range of exercise equipment. The staff is also very friendly, informative and encouraging. 10/10 recommend!

Im from out of town, and I'm working in the area. Was told about the gym from a coworker. I love the great atmosphere. Local gym and everyone is friendly. There are a lot of options to choose from for your exercise routine. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

I’ve been coming here for, AT LEAST, 10 yrs now. Kris has always been a great guy and owner, his staff is always friendly and welcoming. He’s kept the prices VERY COMPETITIVE, kudos. Only thing that gets annoying is all the high schoolers that attend and make it a “play ground”…the gym is just too small for those antics. New-updated gym equipment would be nice, but, have no problems with what we got there now. I’ll keep coming back as long as he keeps his same recipe to success here…keeping it simple!

Fitness MD is amazing the workers are kind and helpful. It’s always clean, they offer classes. The people that go there are helpful and feel like family. I love my gym!

I am currently working out 3 days a week using my own resistance training program.
I find that the associated staff and personal trainers are always friendly and pleasant.
Like all gyms there are a few people who seem to be difficult to deal with but in general everyone is there to accomplish the same thing and thus far I haven't had to adopt a prison attitude with anyone .
Most of the machines that I like to use are avalible and wait times are minimal .
