Fantastic gym. I've been working with Samer for 8 years, and I love how he approaches training....he also educates his clients as to prevent injuries....VERY important! He also has a great sense of humor, which helps those hard workouts a little easier to get through. The facility is superb as well! Highly recommend!!!!

Fit F.A.M. is an incredibly facility in downtown New London that literally changed my life and brought me together with some of the best people I now get to call friends and family. If you’re looking for personal training with a twist (calisthenics, handstands, ninja tricks) Samer has you covered. It’s also a one stop shop to get healthy prepped meals, snacks, protein shakes and juice shots AND they have an amazing recovery center where you can shower, cold plunge and heat back up in their beautiful sauna. If you have felt anxious about joining a gym and not sure what workouts/food plan is best for your goals go visit it Samer and Sydney at Fit F.A.M. They will get you going on the greatest health and fitness journey of your life!! It doesn’t matter if you’re new to working out or have experience, there’s is something for all skill levels at this gym and trust me if you think you’re not into handstands now, you will be soon! I’m so grateful to have found Fit Fam! I have seen such a transformation in my physical health since I started going to this gym. The whole staff is so motivating and kind! Samer has helped me learn new exercises to heal some weak areas on my body that I’ve had for years. Sydney and Julio are also fantastic and provide great encouragement (and tasty high protein treats 😋). The cherry on top is their recovery center, the ice plunge and sauna are always clean and make me feel so relaxed. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

I Love this dynamic community gym! Clientele range in age and ability….All are welcome. Trainers are excellent in setting goals, instructing and motivating everyone that walks through the door. Fitfam has become an energizing daily routine for me 💪🏼

The staff is very personable and the facilities are state of the art. The recovery room, after just one session, helped me perform really well the next day. This place is definitely worth it in all aspects.
