David Fenn, of Fenn Real Estate, provided outstanding service in the sale of my mother’s home. From the quality photographer for the listing photos, to all the follow ups with the buyer’s agent, and keeping me informed of developments in escrow. It was a very simple process with his help. David Fenn is very easy to talk to, truly heard my concerns, and addressed them. My situation was selling the home my mother lived in for 55 years, that my father had built for her, and I grew up in. It was very emotional on my part at times, David Fenn was very compassionate, and very helpful with everything regarding the sale of the home. In 2009 David Fenn was my agent for the purchase of my current home. He went above and beyond to help me then, which is the reason I chose him to help with the sale of my mother’s home. I’m very pleased that we had David Fenn on our side through this whole sales process! It was a complicated process which required: 1) buyer to sell previous home, 2) buyer’s proof of employment, 3) escrow extension, 4) removal of full contingencies, 5) notice to perform, 6) continuous communication, and 7) experience in these deep waters…that would caused most purchases to fall out of the basket (which it almost did a few times). Normally, I’m a control freak when it comes to important financial situations like this, however, anytime things got more complicated he navigated us in the right direction. Bottom line…David is a hard working, experienced, realistic, and patient person you can trust to represent you in the most ethical way and knows all aspects to the business in getting the deal done. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A TOP NOTCH REAL ESTATE AGENT!!! Thank you David!

David Fenn did such a wonderful job helping us sell our property, after we moved out of state. He was so promp to keep us informed of open houses and of his and other realtors showing the house. He also kept us informed of what repairs that the house needed as well little things we could do to improve the value. He is such a knowledgeable and kind man. He knows his stuff!
