Amazing gym for people of all fitness stages! Coaches are the absolute best and tailor their efforts based on each person’s individual needs. Gym members are welcoming and encouraging which makes it fun to show up each day.

I recommend F45 Maumelle for everyone looking to get or stay fit. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to be a part of a gym like this right at home in Maumelle.

One of the best fitness studios in town!! I’ve been attending classes since they opened and each day has been a different, challenging workout. I’ve worked out for years, and I feel even fitter now. I like how cardio and strength days alternate and I absolutely love the Hollywood templates on the weekend!! This place is truly for anyone!! No worries about “gymtimidation” because the owner, trainers, and members make everyone feel welcome. I only wish I could make it to class everyday!! 💪💪

This gym, the coaches, and the members deserve more than 5 stars! Every day is a new workout which keeps your body guessing and keeps it fun! I feel so supported and encouraged each day I walk through the doors! It’s never easy to get to the gym but when you find one as great as F45 it gets easier! I would recommend this gym to anyone!!

The coaches and community are what make this place awesome. They're extremely motivating and the workouts vary so much that you never get bored with a workout. It's only 45 minutes, but you're moving the entire time! I drive from Little Rock every morning because of the stellar coaches! 👍

I’ve been attending F45 Maumelle regularly for a little over 8 months now, and I am still hooked! Prior to F45, I have tried various group workouts and wasn’t a fan. I’ve always worked out by myself. However, I hit a plateau and decided to give F45 Maumelle a try. I am so glad I did! This is so different from anything i’ve ever done before. The classes are 45 minutes and they definitely fly by. There is never the same workout, so different muscle groups are being activated each day. F45 takes the guesswork out of working out bc the amazing coaches will help you with your form, and can modify any exercise to your fitness level. The members are always so encouraging and will genuinely celebrate your fitness milestones with you. If you’re looking for something different, fun, and effective, then you should definitely give F45 Maumelle a try! All you have to do is show up. You’ll be hooked and want to come back.
