One word- SUSANNE! After 4 years of having our home on the market with different realtors, and competing against new homes in the same price range, Susanne met with us and offered her honest opinion on how we needed to price our home. Her commitment to communicate with us on a regular basis, having a professional photographer take photos of our home and her marketing efforts brought more traffic to our home than ever before. We knew we had a great home in a desirable neighborhood, however we never had the right buyer traffic. Susanne listed our home in January 2019 and she had a buyer for our home in less than 30 days. Susanne is not the kind of realtor who puts a sign in your yard and moves on, she truly works hard to sell the homes she lists. Martha Doyle should be the only realtor you select. She promptly replies to your phone calls, emails, or texts. She patiently answered all of our questions with honesty, and with no high pressure. She has an intimate knowledge of Prattville and surrounding areas. She was even able to guide us to specific streets in neighborhoods that better suited our needs! I wouldn’t buy or list another piece of real estate without consulting Martha. She’s truly the best realtor in the Prattville area.

I was calling to get info and some guy answers the phone and couldn't tell if he said speak or Steve. Didn't even greet me or say exit reality!! What a good way to lose customers. I guess I'll look else where!
