Just signed up and completed my first session today! This was the first time I have ever joined any sort of coach led / group workout setting so I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, Evolve really has this thing figured out. Everyone from staff to other members were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was refreshingly energizing. Big shout out to Morgan, she was very friendly, helpful and patient. I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish with the guidance of the crew at Evolve.

The trainers here are great. They do group classes if that's what you like or one-on-one training for very reasonable prices. They also have open gym time if you want to workout on your own. The equipment is top notch and brand new. It is always kept very clean. You definitely get a workout and will get the results that you want. They are all genuinely nice people and fun to be around!

Loved the space and programming and staff was friendly, hands on with instruction and motivating. Loved the playlist, it was definitely custom and I appreciate that. I went while on vacation and the members didn’t make me feel out of place. Would come back when in town and would recommend adults give a workout a try…

Workouts are written and taught by certified trainers with experience!! The workouts are different every day and designed to work different muscle groups daily. The classes are small so trainers can work with you one on one; if you are looking for circuit training for any level, this is the place!!
