Si pudiera le daria -5 estrellas, muy pobre management, te dicen que tienes que pagar en efectivo x que no saben verificar tus beneficios, cancelan tu caso de la nada sin notificación previa. Manejan casos de enfermedades demasiado sensibles para su incompetencia. Si puedes mejor busca otro lugar.

I would give them -5 starts if posible , extremely poor management the will ask you for cash payments because they can't verify your insurance properly.
Will cancel your case out of nowhere without previous notificación. They manege extremely sensitive cases for their incompetence. If you can, you should look for a different place.

Do not recommend at all. Leo is thrash he doesn't care or wants to work with his patients he just cares about getting paid. Staff is okay. Case worker Jennifer Orellana I love her and I hate to go because she's awesome but I can not keep dealing with Leo and leaving me with no medication when I'm going through depression and need and increase of it as well.

Mental health is real!! Trauma and its aftermath does not discriminate against anyone which is why it is so sad that this place does not take people seriously. This is a business, sure. But it is also suppose to be a place of healing for many who seek help. They need to be out of business! ASAP

They just want to be up in your business they have no sympathy for their mental health patients. They only want for their benefit that I what I think now. They only choose who they want to help. I'm suffering from mental health they are inhumane and evil corporation..They seem to like to play games. They refused to sign importants documents without telling me the consequences first for not coming to an appointment that could have been addressed as well if there was more communication. I was left having to be sent to get my medication by myself and a form refused to be signed .. for being asleep as Silvia the receptionist told me. And I have disability and mental health issues..

Janet is amazing. She cares for my mothers mental care. Other than that doctor needs to be more on top of their patients medications and refills and have more available appointments to see their patients. You can't get medication without seeing a doctor so that is a big problem more availability.
