It was a dream come true when EarthFIT opened two months before our wedding day. EarthFIT was exactly what my fiance and I needed to get into shape. Earthfit is amazing! Seana and her highly qualified trainers create an environment that you want to work out in and keep coming back. No two classes are the same so the classes never become routine or predictable. I miss it on the days when I'm not there. I just started EarthFIT about a month ago, and I'm so glad I did! The coaches are excellent - very encouraging and helpful. I did not exercise much before joining so I was nervous about going, but I am able to do the exercises and as I said, the coaches are terrific. Earthfit is the best way to get in shape and stay in shape! The workouts are challenging and always different, so you get a great workout every time and you never get bored. The trainers are awesome, they are in tune with everyone in the class and constantly providing helpful feedback on your form. They will push you to work harder if you can, or tell you to scale back on your weights if you're having an issue. But the best thing about Earthfit is the camaraderie and positive vibes you get from the staff and the other participants. Try it, you'll be hooked!
