Had a virtual appointment with one of their LPC. The provider was in her bed during our initial in-take appointment, with her TV on in the background. She was kind, but overall just very unprofessional and we only met for 25 out of the scheduled 50 minutes. I’ve called multiple times to reschedule with a different provider or speak to an office manager and have yet to reach anyone in office over a three week span. Overall, the worst provider experience I’ve ever encountered, I felt so unheard and disappointed after my appointment. Will never return again.

Disgusted by this "business" I had a doctor for over 8 years that I trusted with my life. One day I came in and they said he chose not to see adults anymore only children. I had no psychiatric care because of that choice. It took a very big toll on my mental health and keeps me from trusting anyone in the field of psychiatry. In the ned it was not about loyslty to patients it was all about the money.
