I called Thurs because I wasn't sure if an outlet was working. Through the app I wasnt able to change the urgency of the issue so we had to call to get it upgraded to an emergency. The guys came out in just a hour or so. Figured out the issue. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be resolved until the following day. And I did have to follow up to get a ETA but he came in fixed it and I am able to use the outlet appropriately and I am thrilled!

It's not often you come across someone who genuinely makes a difference in your life, and Tamika certainly did that. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her on our side during this transition.
