Their services were okay until they tried to use scare tactics to try to upsell an overpriced BOI service. They falsely add that federal law states that non compliance leads to a fine of $500 a day and up to 2 years in jail.

First of all I am writing this under no influence of DBI or anyone. I am a business owner and I believe the best way to succeed in any field is to always be honest and Just. If you think something is bad share your thoughts kindly and let them know how hey can improve further. I went thru few comments and came across some negative ones especially targeting DBI's customer support, let me tell you something.

We had to establish a company in UK and in various other countries, thru hours of research we found the best service providers, what someone would call the best in UK is probably not even 1 percent of the service and quality you may get with Delaware Business Incorporators, do your self a favor and before you look into the negative reviews give them a call and experience a world class customer service by our beautiful sisters whom are working day and night to serve your company with excellence,

I have to say I feel blessed to know these highly intelligent and kind people at Delaware.

Here's my final words, before throwing rocks at a company, a business or an individual, please know that you will and shall get what you deserve in life and hereafter. There might be some issues you came across, I wouldn't know that, maybe some of your files we're missing or whatever, but when I read the comments specifically targeting the Customer Service I had to write this whole thing. Bad customer service happens everywhere but not here. I don't accept that review. Call and experience your self.

I had told Karri. I wanted to cancel my LLC due to the fact I didn’t make enough profit to have it. I wanted to cancel everything including the good standing. She kept my LLC and only cancel my good standing. She seem on the phone understanding why I was canceling for financial reason but never did canceled my LLC. I received emails as my llc was still running. When I questioned her about it. She never responded to me. And continued to send me emails and refusing to answer any of my questions. Someone else told me that my order was canceled. Now my LLc is still not canceled and I am being charter a franchise year tax. Shame on this company. Don’t have nothing verbal with them. Don’t trust this company. They greedy for money. I never gave her permission to re-enrolled my LLC. She’s a lier and refused to answer my emails.

My online order was not completed correctly the first time and the final version therefore arrived late. As a result, I missed my own client's deadline. DBI communication was generally substandard. I hope the CEO and Founder Douglas Murray gets this message and takes corrective action.

Update 12/1/19: I revised my review upwards due to the follow-up and corrective actions taken by the company management.
