I have been attending this gym since the end of January 2025. You will find many types of people coming to these classes, which I love since we are all there for one goal. I am a 57 year old woman that loves to exercise (it is my therapy) and like many, I deal with some injuries. What I love most about this gym and the instructors is the instructor's ability to quickly and easily offer me an effective modification when my injury prevents me from doing an exercise. The instructors are top notch, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They truly want the best for you.They are also great listeners. When I explain an injury, we talk it through so I can get the exercise I need. The gym has lots of options and it is very clean and fully equipped. Anyone, regardless of your goals will feel comfortable here. I attend the group classes and it is exactly what I need. I will also seriously consider a personal trainer but for now the classes are ideal for my schedule.

My husband and I have been members for a year when we moved to southern delaware. We highly recommend this gym to people of all ages and fitness abilities. The staff goes above and beyond to create challenging and fun exercise programs and encourage each person to reach their fitness goals. They have built a wonderful community. Although we have moved away, we will be sure to visit whenever we can!

Stepping out of my comfort zone to join CustomFit360 and work with a new personal trainer has been a game-changer. Fantastic! More than a gym, it’s a community. The classes are always a great full body workout, coaches are motivating and you’re definitely going to feel the burn. Besides classes, the gym
is involved in the community and organizes fun group events, besides just exercising. Chris Parker is my awesome trainer and all the staff is wonderful so whether you’re working with Kaitlyn, David, Carly or Chris, you’re in good hands! Check them out!

I can't say enough positive things about Lewes Fit Body Boot Camp. Having.moved to this area I struggled to find a gym similar to what I had before. From the first hello I felt so welcomed. The trainers are the absolute best and make each class fun and enjoyable for any fitness level. Each class is different and does represent the cookie cutter approach of other facilities. Also the members of LFBBC are some welcoming, like a family. They.offer a free 3 day trial so no excuses not to give it a try. You will be happy you did..
