There truly aren’t words to describe how incredibly amazing Crowned Fit is. The safe & comfortable environment that is established by the professional coaches is unmatched anywhere else. Being a member of Crowned Fit since 2020, I can confidently say the past 4 years have been the greatest in terms of being fit & staying consistent with working out. Crowned Fit is more than just a gym. It is a community of strong, beautiful women, inside & out that will cheer you on in every aspect of your life.

Crowned Fit is so much more than a gym. It is a welcoming community of women who want to better all aspects of their health. The programming is done so that each day of the week focuses on certain muscle groups and the same workout is repeated for five weeks so that you can see your progress in strength, speed, and mobility. Membership also includes nutritional seminars, yoga/stretching classes and workshops from a licensed therapist. Although this community has empowered me to work out on my own, my fitness journey will always include classes because of the motivation of others. I am so lucky to have made some great friends at CF too.

Crowned Fit is so much more than a gym! I joined with a goal of losing weight, but ended up gaining an incredibly supportive community that has taught me so much about myself. I’m not only stronger physically, but mentally I’m in such a healthier place. I never thought I’d see the day I actually looked forward to working out. I have notoriously hated going to the gym this gym for my entire adult life. Crowned fit is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my skin! Working out with women of all body shapes at the same time with all different goals is so empowering! I love it! I look forward to class each week!

I joined this gym when I moved to southeastern CT and absolutely love the community. All of the trainers are so helpful and make the workouts accessible to all, no matter the strength or experience level! I've also never seen another gym offer the amount of seminars, classes, and workshops the way that Crowned Fit does. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Awesome group of ladies , from the coaches to everyone who joins the classes. They are motivating , supportive and always happy!

The workouts are structured really well, incorporating just the right amount of weight training vs cardio, and switching it up to target every muscle group.
