This was one of the best gyms I have been in CrossFit or otherwise. The facilities were extremely clean, the coaches were very involved and knowledgeable, and the members were very friendly. Despite my preconceived notion, the coaches do access your skill level and adjust the movements to fit your ability. Additionally, there are people of all levels in the same class. The atmosphere was amazing from the second I walked through the door and left me motivated to come back the next day.

Every coach is caring and very knowledgeable. The workout schedules are challenging but you go at your own pace so it's achievable for anyone. Very encouraging environment that never makes you feel inadequate. Love this place!!

I love the respect shown at this gym. I’m not elite, I’m not even healthy or fit. But each time I come to work out I am greeted with open arms, kind faces, and fun people. CrossFit isn’t dangerous - every movement is scalable to fit my level of fitness. If I can do it, anyone can! I’ll tell you what the buff bodies, loud music, and seriously hardcore sweating can be intimidating - but these are some of the NICEST people you’ll ever meet!

The kind of place where everyone that walks thru the door is treated like family. All levels of athletes will find this a fun and challenging place to get in shape and have a good time while doing it. Can't say enough about this amazing gym!

Let me begin with.... since my early twenties I have been prescribed medication for my blood pressure. I have always been, what I thought pretty active. My Brother had been telling me about Crossfit for years and he had been trying forever to get me to show up. Fast forward to last year and a conversation with my Doctor. My Dr. Had told me that if I didn't lose weight he would have to put me on more medication. He added that I was at a dangerous level for a cardiac event. I convinced my Dr. that I would change. He agreed to give me six months to make a major difference. Well I took up brothers advice and decided to go to Crossfit. It was a total game changer! When I went back for my six month appointment I had lost 18 pounds, by the Drs scales and my risk factor had been cut in half. My Dr. was no longer concerned with prescribing me more medications. To date I have lost a total of 38 pounds and still going strong. Thank you Don and all my friends at Crossfit Testament.

Great place to workout, they tell you what to do. Doesn't matter your skill level, you don't have to wait to get in better shape before coming in, just go visit.

The coaches encourage you to do the best you can do. Even through a workout that makes you think, there is no way I can do this! They make sure you can complete the workout!
