Coming from retail sales for over 20 years and now in the home improvement industry working directly with customers relationships & trust are everything and if you’re looking for a family owned and operated dealership that treats you like family than truly look no further!! Coming from sales and absolutely dreading the car shopping experience as transparency is always in question if you’re looking for Honesty, Integrity, & Transparency then Crest is your destination. I personally have to give a shout of from the highest peak to Eric who I put through the ringer with all my research, questions, constantly changing things up on him and he NEVER made me feel he was frustrated or aggravated through any part of the process. I traded in a car at fair market pricing, purchased a brand new Lincoln Aviator Black Label, utilized Lincoln financing at an amazing rate and my wife and I felt like we didn’t have to fight for anything as they treat everyone like family. I recently purchased a new Lincoln Aviary at Crest Lincoln of Woodbridge. It was a seemingly effortless experience, very comfortable dealing w sales staff (Bill) and support staff, Evelyn, Kay, and Daniel. We have a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. It had a recall on the airbag. Being that I am in a wheelchair now it’s more of a challenge for me to do things. This service was life changing. The great thing was the service from the tech and the timeline they gave us was on point. I always liked Lincoln but this is a game changer for us. The tech also let us know of the other mobile services available. In which we plan to take advantage of, Our thanks to Christ Lincoln in Woodbridge Ct. Our next car will hope to be a SUV Lincoln. I live in Tennessee and purchased an Aviator online and had it delivered. The reason was that Crest had the exact vehicle that my wife wanted. I cannot say enough about what a great transactional experience that it was. From Eric, my salesman, to Kay, the finance lady, to Bob the delivery guy, these people are first-class! I was so blown away by how well this went that I if I buy another Lincoln, I will be willing to pay extra for shipping just to deal with Crest in Connecticut! Wow is all that I can say!
