I really enjoy the services C.S.C.D.C. contribute. They are a wonderful help to the hurting public. I praise the Lord for all of the team. The one thing that was difficult was when they were closed due to bad weather, there were no signs on the building about it or nothing on Google. Google said it was open and it wasn't. The building said no indication of them being closed or when they would open back up. I still do not know. They are a wonderful facility but I would hope for this part to improve.

Don't waste your time going here unless you live on the streets and make it a habit of going here monthly and asking for help. If your a regular person who has falling on hard times, you will be highly disappointed. They will not tell you vital information you need to know and flat out lie to you. As far as I'm concerned, after seeing how they are ran, I want none of my tax dollars or any federal funding going here. It's an absolute disgrace and disaster to our community. The only people they help, are people that don't want to help themselves.

I'm happy with the help for utilities. But I would like to say that by CSCDS need to pay the utilities in a timely manner. Because my winter was promise to pay but it took like 3 months for the payment was actually made. Also my summer was the same. So I had 7 late payments past 90 days. So now my security deposit on my utilities has went up another $50 making it $250. Also oge tells me I must pay it with my next bill. I would just like to ask could the bills be paid in a more timely manner. Thanks for the help CSCDS.

I STRONGLY suggest you hire qualified employees !!. Or at least give some kind of training. Caulking material was left on my wood floors and some of my vents were caulked closed and broke. Very little clean up after working in my home twice.
I think an on sight manager would save a lot of time and cost.

Every time I call they say they aren’t doing utilities until this month and this month and when I call that month they still say they aren’t doing utilities I am pregnant I am in my second trimester I need electric on for my food and for my baby but nobody cares NOT EVEN THEM!

I have left a voicemail over a week ago and they haven’t even returned the message with anything. I am now currently sitting without power with a heart condition and have been suffering in the 100 plus temps for over 36 hours. Thanks guys you guys are horrible. My church is a big reason you guys can feed the community as we get large orders and disperse weekly. I don’t understand how an organization built on charity to the community and be so negligent in actually helping people.

They started the winter utility assistance program December 6th I turned in my application and all required documents on that exact day I spoke with the lady on the phone and told her that there was a past due balance and my bill was due on the 17th of December. They reassured me that it would be paid in time and processed it is now been almost a month and they still haven't processed my application I got a shut off notice for my electric for the 5th of January and had to use my daughter's Christmas money all of it to pay the electric bill so that we would have heat and hot water and lights. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm planning on filing a complaint I know there are non-profit organization and I know who to contact because this is ridiculous. I shouldn't have had to spend my daughter's Christmas present money on a bill. She wouldn't have gotten any presents at all if it wasn't for other family members and I'm grateful for that. This place is unorganized unprofessional and I do not recommend applying for assistance because you probably won't get it and if you do you're very very lucky!!!!
