They have always been efficient and polite, and always responsive when an issue comes up. I got my prescription with zero fuss, just ask for it and they'll give it to you. The optical department was great. Both my husband and I have had a very good experience here.

The care I received was excellent but I noticed when I left that I didn’t have my paperwork with my prescription on it. I went back the next business day, got in line but was told that company policy required that I go to the optometrist office to get the prescription that they used to just hand you. I went over there and saw that the two people working there were busy fitting customers for glasses and several others were waiting to be helped. I waited a few minutes but realized this was going to be awhile. I went back to the reception area and told them how ridiculous this was. They printed it out in two seconds. I apologized but I don’t think I should have to go out of character just to get common sense service. I think they may be in violation of the FTC’s 2024 Eyeglass Rule.

I'm fully satisfied with the care I've received from the doctor and the staff. All of my questions and concerns are addressed completely and compassionately. I've been coming to this practice for several years and have no plans to go elsewhere.

I took my client to his eye appointment with this place today. My client was having difficulty focusing his eyes without moving them when this big guy with a beard was trying to take pictures of them. He was becoming overly frustrated and extremely rude. He was talking to my client like he was stupid. Extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. My clients on many strong psychiatric medication’s and also has cataracts and glaucoma so yes he has trouble focusing his eyes on one small spot obviously. This technician is in the wrong field.

This is the place to go for eye care and surgery..From the front desk. to exams, to the surgery center, professional, caring , top shelf Drs. and staff..You are made to feel that you are a person and not a commodity..Dr. Chhaya is an exceptionally talented surgeon.the results of my cataract surgery are amazing..I'm a happy camper..

Had a horrible experience running into the end of a market umbrella outside, very painful and blurry vision. Naturally this was on a Saturday night, and naturally I was freaking out. I called and got the answering service at about 9:00 p.m. and the wonderful Dr Stroh called me back within 5 minutes. She arranged to see me at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday at Farmington (saving me what doubtless would have been a hideous and long experience in some ER room somewhere, been there done that), gave me a complete and thorough exam, wrote me a script for azithromycin ointment, and reassured me greatly. Very competent and compassionate Thank you thank you Consulting Ophthalmologists for the peace of mind. Feeling very blessed to have this quality of medical care within a half hour drive.

I love my doctor and this practice! However I never want to see the person who took pics of my eyes again! am 83 years old and was trying my BEST to do what I was told! He was rude and very very impatient! Almost insulting! I felt the need to report him!! Thank you, Pauline Antil

Love my doctor and his staff. They are very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable. They make you feel that you are very important to them!

The only thing that could be improved on is the timeliness of scheduling. Although the technical staff take you within a few minutes of your scheduled time, I have waited as long as an hour to see the doctor.
