I have been a customer with Connecticut Insurance Exchange for nearly 40 years. I have always been pleased with the service and fairness concerning my homeowners and auto insurance policies. Over the years I have made several claims, and everything has always been taken care of efficiently and completely. I have always had wonderful people to work with, but I must say that Kim is on top of everything. I would highly recommend CT Exchange. Kim Garthwait is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Kim is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. reached out for a quote and they didn't get back to me for two weeks, then when I called back they said they couldn't help me. I asked if they could get me a CT fair plan policy and they said they don't work with them even though I informed them that the CT fair plan website says they work with any insurance broker. they refused to help and just told me I need to call my previous broker, even though I also informed them that my previous broker refused to help me.
