Dreadful experience, so poor I lost the property. The landlord offered me the property on Wednesday. The realtor with the initials KU sent through 3-4 incorrect leases of her client on Thursday and Friday, which I and my realtor we had to correct each one with updated CT real estate laws. KU she should know the local CT laws and get it right first time, but she did not bother to do any work on it.

Then despite the landlord accepting my offer and we were back and forth on the lease details for a few days, behind my back they were negotiating with someone else. When I finally got a correct version of the contract on Saturday afternoon, ready to sign it immediately, then boom 2 hours earlier than signed with someone else and gave it to them!

Had KU known local locals in CT and implemented them into the lease on the Thursday, this would never have happened. Scandalous and lacking integrity.
