I highly recommend Gary Doss and Compass. Gary was a pleasure to work with to buy our home in Big Bear Lake. My Husband and i bought a home in Big Bear from GARY DOSS back in 2016 and cannot express enough about how great the overall experience was. We were looking for a home as a family retreat in the summer and as a vacation rental in the winter. We were not in a hurry to buy a home and let him know that unless it was exactly what we were looking for we would not be making any offers. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, truly has his hand the "pulse/climate" of the local real-estate market.
He was incredibly patient and met with us multiple times for over a year and showed us dozens and dozens of homes. Answered every question and/or concerns we addressed.
