We are new Compare customers, and we are so glad we made the leap from multiple personal printers to an office network printer. As our business grew, we kept accumulating desktop printers but we were not increasing our efficiency. John actually listened to our needs and gave us two great options. He knew we needed it quickly and he got us the printer on the same day we signed the contract! Joe and Fernando did the set-up and both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and professional. And a shout out to Breanna and Desiree who run the show over there! Great people, awesome company. Recommend them highly.

Our firm was so blessed to get Fernando and Armando come in and replace out printer! It didn't even stop the flow of our work, they came in quickly took away our old heavy printer (upstairs might I add) and installed our new printer that was just as heavy in under 10 minutes! They were absolutely amazing and even offered to show us how everything works just in case!

Based on their established reputation and clear focus on office printer, Compare Business Systems appears to be the safer bet. Compare has been a great company to work with. They ship/deliver fast and in a timely manner; for a fact, if you order today, they will hand deliver your needed products/toners tomorrow. Andy and his office staff are responsive and resolve your issues mostly over the phone. Ammar, copy machine maintenance personnel, is very friendly. He replaced the empty toner cartridges and walked me through the new features after they swapped us to a newer copy machine.
