TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We had Carol Ryniewicz as our agent, and it was a nightmare. It was difficult to contact her directly because she "communicated" mostly through automated text. It was a hassle to try and have an actual conversation on the phone with her. One of the biggest concerns was she didn't keep information straight between buyer and seller (the closing date, for example). When we asked for more personal service because our buyers were kept more in the loop than we were about our own house, she was so upset and pugnacious with us that she didn't even come to the closing. If I had to sell my house again, I would rather give it away than work with her again.
