I can't say enough about Thomas Allen! I could tell Thomas was someone I could trust after our first meeting. I had a horrible experience with another agent prior to meeting Thomas and he was a breath of fresh air. Thomas literally responded to my many questions and requests in seconds! Even when sick or out of town! Thomas was thorough, always professional and willing to do whatever it took to assure things moved smoothly and as quickly as possible. Although knowledgeable, if he didn't have an answer, he found it quickly. His communication and guidance throughout the entire process was supherb and I felt so supported during many moments of frustration dealing with the unfamiliar Escrow company. It's rare to find someone who is candid, completely in your corner and willing to go the extra mile. Thomas did that consistently. Im curious if anyone actually fixes anything. Cassidy got rid of tweaker and garbage tenants but can we get to the plumbing and maintenance please. I get it it's barstow. But I pay rent on time everytime. It's not her fault but hi I'd like to live in livable conditions.
