Rude and self righteous receptionist and superior, the experience to make a delivery was horrible, I hope they treat their customers better, but since I struggle to survive, I am less than them. The feeling of distain toward me was unacceptable. If they don't want Butterball Inc. delivery then they shouldn't own the whole building, or figure it out internally. Gig driver posting.

As a driver,don’t you ever come to this place,it takes 3 or more hours to get loaded for a couple pallets,do not come here under any circumstances ,won’t let me give 0 stars but that’s what they should ever get

Harrison Arkansas have some great people working here, 35 degrees out and I got these two gentlemen Mr. Richard George and Mr. White Bailey, I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong. Couldn't have thanked these guys enough for helping me with my tarps and everything else and unloaded record timing, great workers, didn't catch the man's name that helped me find receiving though, much appreciated, God bless and take care.

It's a big no. DO NOT COME HERE FOR PICK UP. Came here to pick a load going to Canada at 8 am. They assigned a door right away. After hour and a half a guy from shipping comes out and told me that i need to go to their other location to pick up some glass ( which Their local driver should have picked up ) and come back for the remainder. Went their no one knew that I was coming. Took almost 2 and half hours to load 5 skids. Came back to original pick up location, was told UPON ASKING, LUNCH TIME now, will start loading you after another 45 min.
Took over six hours to load up. What a shame.
