Called office wanting to garner information concerning vehicle in
an estate. The person who answered my call was not polite and acted as though she did not have time to speak with me. Having worked in this courthouse many years, this was very unprofessional and would have not been tolerated in other offices. Maybe a little pr work us in order

No better than the food stamp office....before the virus I was told to come up there to get mii child’s last name changed I sent everything in March. Called before I made the trip up there to find out I have to fill out another application to come to court probate court to legally get her name changed...Moral of this story is nobody up there in that office food stamp knows what to do or tell people like it must not be anybody up there with any degrees or they just hiring anybody or just will tell you anything to get out they face an give u the run around they couldn’t even send me an application to my house I gotta back up there let alone can’t even tell me how to fill the paper out
