This place is a JOKE. Working from home and expect to have the service that $130 is paid for a month. Been out off and on going on 3 weeks now. Calling them is a JOKE their service techs seem nice and helpful but they are just as big of a joke. They can get it “fixed” from 8-5 though and you have to be there. They will let you “track the techs location” so you will have a better idea. It just tells you that “your tech is scheduled for repair from 8-5”. Ridiculous.

Terrible. Took me 30 minutes on a chat with a rep to transfer my internet service when we moved…. just down the street. Internet speed dropped by HALF by simply moving down the street. Pay $99 for the tech to come out, but you can’t schedule a time. They can come ANYTIME from 8 am-9:30 pm. I was paying $45/month for speeds of 20. New address is $50/month for 10. What a bargain. Horrible monopoly.

Do not use CenturyLink as your internet provider, even if they are your only option! Your service is out, more than in! I've had it less than a month and am cancelling just as soon as I can get someone to take my call!! (Add that to the reasons too!) I will stick with my hotspot! 🤬

They offer no after hours help. If you happen to lose service after 6pm you're out of luck. There is no help except a frustrating automated system that only loops you around until you eventually give up. In the River Valley the service is about as reliable as if you were in a third world country, but it is your only option, they know this and they all but dare you to switch to another provider. If I had another choice I'd use them but I don't so I can't. The local technician is really, really God, but the corporate side is an absolute joke. If I could give zero stars I would.

There is a CenturyLink phone line down on my property. I have tried for days to find someone in this company to report this. The only people who answer the phone are sales people and they don't have a clue how to connect me with a service representative to get this fixed. I do not have CenturyLink in my home and after this I never will.

The absolute worst internet provider out there I'm advertised 15 megabytes a second it won't even run 10 for a 30 minute. It kicks me every 30 minutes from any game movie YouTube it won't stream nothing an hour at a time and I never get the advertised 15 megabits I would gladly pay double if provided another internet service where I live

Do not use. I cancelled my account and I am still getting charged. I called to ask why I am getting charged and I get told that their system is being upgraded and will be down all day so they cant access my account and to call tomorrow. Terrible service and terrible company.

Constantly losing internet. Call tech and stay on the phone a hour on the average. Then they set up a appointment for tech and have to be at the house all day to repair.
