Everything is all good initially but as soon as you get ready to move the hit you with all kinds of fines true enough we could have been more attentive to changing the hvac filters but where we have is when they start making up things like charge us for the filter all good but don’t use it as an opportunity to add additional things you want done in the house that’s a real low life move

They will only take you on as a rental client if your credit score is at least 600. I have a 594 and they couldn’t help. I’m not saying they are bad because of that just wanted to share that information. If you don’t have a 600 + credit score then try to find another real estate agency that can help

Five stars! Bo Evans realty is exceptional! In six short months, I went from not having a realtor to sell my rental home, to being contacted by Bo, to selling my home outright! And on top of this, I live out of state so Bo and his team did it all remotely! His team is personal, professional, experienced, and stayed in touch with me on a weekly basis. Emailed multiple times trying to get some kind of an update on my application, got no response. Finally had to reach out via Facebook just to get a response. Also, it clearly states on their website that you MUST have a 600 credit score to get approved and I met those requirements and STILL got denied. I asked them to please reconsider looking over my application again, and they said “we stand by our decision.” Asked if there were any other issues with my credit, could they please inform me of what those things were, and they said no. So much for treating your customers like family. This company is a joke, if you’re looking for a rental go somewhere else!

Just say NO to working with this company. Absolutely NO customer service skills. Will NEVER consider working with. Awful experience with NO people skills that were even attempted.
