I recently traveled from out of town to purchase a vehicle from
BMW of Mobile and I’m so glad I made the trip! The entire car-buying process was smooth and stress-free, from start to finish.

Even though I was coming in from a distance, the team made sure everything was ready for me when I arrived. Murry the sales person was very responsive to my inquiries beforehand, providing detailed information and answering all of my questions promptly. Once I got there, they had the car I was interested in waiting for me to test drive, and they worked with me to ensure I was getting the best deal possible.

The dealership was welcoming, and I never felt rushed. The paperwork was straightforward and handled quickly, so I was able to get back on the road in no time.

The technicians that have diagnosed my car are experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve used their courtesy shuttle to return to work before and after services. I am very impressed with BMW of Mobile. I used the valet pick up service for my car. They fixed the check engine light code and did the work for the recall. The car was returned to me, cleaned, within 24 hours. Becky, the service tech, was informative and polite. Leon, the driver who picked up my car was polite and friendly.
