This Better Buisness Burea really needs to be audited by headquarters in VA I've had many customers review me and they don't even post send notification that a customer gave a review. How Reliable is this particular agency. They are positively no help what so Ever! Why should companies pay to get accredited with them. Companies are paying people's salaries for nothing.

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a bag for a friend on 11/29/22 for Christmas. I got an email with the confirmation of the order. I never received a tracking number or shipping notification. I called this company four times on different dates & never once did anyone pick up the phone. A message comes on after about 15 rings and says the mailbox is full. And then - dial tone.
As far as emails to contact - another joke! You send an email and you received an automated reply immediately telling you how backlogged and busy they are and they will be in touch soon. Meanwhile- no one ever gets in touch with you!
I am so disgusted with this company! I would NEVER suggest them to anyone. It's a shame, too. I really do like their bags!
