The house was beautiful the property was amazing. We loved staying there and were amazed at the fact that the owners literally thought of everything - extra blankets and pillows, towels, lounge covers, outdoor shower and bathroom, everything was clean and beautiful. The pool was pristine, and the games and sports courts were so much fun to play on and the amenities were just absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to have the opportunity to stay there again. I would give this property an A+. My family and friends enjoyed it so much. Thank you for creating an oasis for us to enjoy! Best beach house ever .

We absolutely love our summer home away from home!! It is set up almost exactly the way I would set it up… except I wish there was a king bed in the first floor master… We have fallen in love with not only the house but the pool and the neighbors we have met! Everyone treats us like family! Thank you to the Conners for creating such a welcoming home!!! We love it!!

For the past 12 years, we have been renting a house per year to bring the family together. This property was by far the cleanest of all of them. Bathrooms are laid out perfectly. TVs in every room. One draw back on a week vacation Is that the dryer didn’t work. That puts a bit of a crimp in your stay because you pack light for a week figuring on doing laundry one time.
My Son did get it to work on the last day…. too late with a 10 AM check out. The Dryer is 17 years old and needs replacing. The owner assured the realtor that it was being replaced. All things considered, it was a wonderful place to stay very enjoyable.

Very friendly and easy to reserve the room. We did have to take the extra steps to get passes and badges at the Sea Colony marketplace but it wasn’t all that big of a deal. But we did have to pay extra, it wasn’t included in the rental price and we had to pay extra to rent bedding. The unit itself was great. Sea colony is our favorite summer trip but be sure you rent a nice condo. Some owners don’t keep it nice but most do. Look at pictures and reviews before booking.

Fabulous rooftop deck! Great views from 2 lower decks as well off of the bedrooms. Nicely updated house with just steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kim at Berkshire Hathaway was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so helpful and pleasant. If we get the opportunity to rent from Berkshire Hathaway again i will request to work with her.
The house itself was just what we needed for the thanksgiving weekend. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen
And plenty of towels. The place was so clean and welcoming. We were especially grateful we were allowed to bring our doggies. All in all the weekend was a huge success.

890A Garfield Parkway- I stayed here with my family of 6 adults and 4 kids (two 1 year olds and two 5 year olds). The house was very clean and had a wonderful open floor plan with the living room/kitchen/dining room area. We LOVED the screen in porch to hangout in the evenings. This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed for our family vacation. Thanks for the memories made here!

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I. It was the perfect size for us, nice screened in side porch, and very clean. It’s a quiet street, but still close enough to the boardwalk and the main road. Beach access was also very close. We would definitely stay here again!
