I got a good deal on a RV, but the service is where they shine. I have read no other reviews, so I have no bias. Their service department is not only responsive, but very proactive. I drive over an hour to use their services and I am more than satisfied.

I came to Beaumont RV after researching the RV marketplace in the greater Southwest area and creating my shortlist of trailers. Joey and Buzz were great to deal with, understanding of my needs and wants. They showed me some options to consider in addition to the trailer I came in to see in the Beaumont location, and we quickly worked out a deal.

Ryan closed the deal, handling the paperwork efficiency, and Rick in the service department made sure my punch-list was taken care of. John handled the transfer walk-thru with me, answering my questions and showing me how everything works in the trailer.

I even rented a storage space for my RV there, through a seamless online portal.

In short, the teamwork at Beaumont RV made the whole transaction smooth and pleasurable. I recommend giving them a call if you're in the RV market!

We recently purchased our 2024 Northern Spirit 2963 here. The whole process was a breeze, Josh was a great help and made everything really easy for us. It definitely helped that we knew exactly what camper we wanted, but even with that Josh made sure to point out all the pros and cons of that trailer. Will be sending any of my friends and family their way. The whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The 1 star is because I contacted them, after being told they are the corp head of their pahrump dealership "Rv Exchange" after I got burned by their service team and manager. I spent thousands to have work done. And nothing was done right. I tried my best to be fair and work it out with Rv Exchange, but with no responses I had to call these guys direct to try to get the situation handled. They never returned my calls, never handled anything, and now they are closing Rv exchange leaving me out to dry for thousands. Using 12g wire for a 3000w inverter feed to 50amp system.
I most likely have to pay another company to undo their work and then do it properly. Then sue Beaumont Rv / Rv Exchange to recover losses.
Having leaks in a freshly sealed roof, problems with electrical, almost caught fire, problems with them ordering and installing the wrong products.
Is this the legacy of Beaumont Rv?
Or do you guys want to make it right?

All people I dealt with were very friendly. I worked with them for about a week as I was coming out of town to potentially purchase our first trailer! Got a good deal! Super happy! Thank you to everyone involved!

Even though the staff were all very nice I am finding many issues with our used trailer. We were told they would give a thorough cleaning and get the smoke smell out, that did not happen. We were unaware of the cracked sink that had tape underneath and now the cabinets underneath are swollen and wet. The fridge continues to give us trouble. I am very disappointed and angry. Customer Service is definitely not a priority anymore, its only about how much money someone can make, not the happiness of the Customer. They should have told us upfront about the issues and let us make the choice if it was worth it to buy. Or possible upgrade to something newer.

The people at Beaumont RV really went above and beyond to make our experience the most enjoyable purchase we have ever made. Rob was honest and great about communication and helping to achieve an unrealistic time-line. Noah was our sales representative and he was just wonderful and accommodating. We were buying this unit sight unseen and he went as far as to video the unit for us before we drove to California to pick it up.

The entire team from sales, finance and even their shop employees went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying an RV, as they really understand true Customer Service. 🙂
