If you want your survey done properly and on time go somewhere else. Most of my pins were not marked and the office staff cannot tell me what was done or what should have been done on my property. It took 3 months for them to finally come out after multiple no call no show appointments and when someone did show up he told me that his order was to only mark pins the previous guy could find or that where in the wrong location. The second surveyor Logan did do his part from what I can tell but the first guy marked absolutely nothing. When I buy the adjacent property I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for a survey.

Update: I did get a call from the Mr. Garza in regards to this problem and it was rectified today. Logan came out again and took me with him while he marked the remaining points as well as he showed me every point he had previously mark. I am glad it is done and that Mr. Garza and Logan cared enough to reach out and correct these issues.

Got them to do a survey back in April. They call and said it was ready end of May with no flagging or stakes. It was wrong because they had us owning land we didnt own. That got fixed and whoever did it flagged all 4 corner of theirs. They call in August and say its ready again with nothing being flagged or staked to know boundaries. I go ahead and pay and the girl in office said they would come that week or the next week to flag. A month later nothing has been done so I call and they say its been done and i disagreed, so she says again they will come and flag 1 of the 10 corner for me. I just needed 1 so that wouldve been great. Again no call no show. So ive been lied to twice and whoever supposedly did the flagging lied. I would not use this company again and if you are currently using them id make sure it is all done before paying.

All of the employees here at Barrett & Associates strive to provide the best customer service possible. You were very pleased with our other staff members, which is great. The lady that works in the office, Michelle, I believe is her name, is rude. It was such a bad experience with the receptionist that I do not recommend this company, until that issue is solved. I would rather pay more from a different survey/engineering firm than to deal with her bad attitude. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately some times a “better deal” lacks in the customer service department.

David, mark and the other guys were great. No complaint with anyone else.

Mr. Whoever ran over three of my dogs when he got done for the day .Stopped to tell me one was dead and the other ones just flopping around I'm the last house on a dead end dirt road. Lord help him.
