I had an amazing experience working with Auguste Vende. He is always super quick to respond and answered all of my questions very thoroughly (and I ask a lot of questions). I noticed a few light bulbs were off during the tour. He was emailing management on the spot to get it fixed. Even when I was signing the lease, I had questions and emailed him early evening. He responded to me later that night at 9 pm! Everything was done and cleared in less than 48 hrs.

On top of that, he always has a smile on his face and is so friendly and personable. I’ve probably looked at over 30 apartments and he was one of the best experiences I’ve had during a tour. Whether you are selling or renting, I highly recommend Auguste. He is great to work with and has helped me navigate what could have been a couple of very tricky transactions with ease. When I decided to sell my condo in Emeryville, he provided excellent advice on prepping the unit along with accurate cost estimates.
