I've been getting my Honda serviced here for several years now, & they've always been consistent with their assessments, pricing, quality of work, & wait times. The different staff members are also very friendly & helpful. I've never had any issues at this location, & I plan to keep using them for repairs & routine checkups.

What a difference in dealership service! This was my first visit to Auburn Honda and it is now my go-to. I waited for my car on-site and witnessed the knowledge, helpfulness and care of the service staff in their communications with their customers and others. A delightful difference in service, indeed!

New to the area so first time there. Just wanted a maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) which is drop in only so there was a wait but that was explained to me over the phone. Time estimate was perfect and employees were cheerful and helpful. Would like to support small businesses but Honda service is hard to beat.

First of all, sitting on hold, multiple times for over 5 minutes and then getting hung up on each time starts the experience off well. Then they won't even tell you if they will honor the Honda coupon sent out and give you an attitude for asking if they will honor it. They want me to schedule an appt, come in and they will decide if they can honor it. Hard pass for me. I don't get my car serviced by stealerships in the first place. I just need a key cut and programmed which they charge over an hour labor for. It takes them minutes to plug into their scan tool, so they would be making plenty of profit even after the coupon. I would not recommend this location for buying and trade in nor service. I'll happily drive further to receive friendlier, better service.

We are relatively new Honda owners. In 2020 Todd Christlieb sold us on our first AWD CR-V. It was a transition for me, but Todd made it very easy and gave me the good sense of security that I was needing to make the change. This year for Christmas, he helped us again move on to a 2024 Hybrid Sport, and we are very happy. Thank you Todd and team, for all your support.

I came in at 9:30 for a recall. They said it would be 2 hours. The inspection took less than 15 minutes and they started it at 11:34. First time I took my CRV in they replaced 2 tires which didn’t match. Jason very rude I will go to Sac Honda or Roseville Honda in the future. Terrible
