I really appreciated working with Allison. She handled my house sale with professionalism throughout the whole process. She went the extra mile to help me take care of things that would had required me to be there, which would have been extremely inconvenient as the house I sold was out of town. This kept me from having to do a whole lot of driving to take care of small issues on several occasions. She communicated with me through the entire sale and always informed me when there was a showing. She also prepared market analyses for me on a regular basis. I would highly recommend her.

Our family has been calling Allison over the last few years for showings and questions regarding our next move as a family. Fantastic Realtor!!!! This was the first time we were selling the house, and we both live out of town. Allison was awesome in helping us with everything pertaining to selling the house, she even brought a baby gate for the spa so that it was safe to show the house and filled the spa up so people could see how beautiful it was! We were very nervous and stressed because the house was being sold for a parent, but Allison's professionalism and experience made all the transactions with buyers and escrow very understandable and trust worthy, sold the house expediently!! My husband and I spent several months last year (2023) looking for a home. We were quite picky with what we wanted and where we were looking, so it took us a while to find potential houses. Allison was with us every step of the way through those months, and would give us feedback on the area of houses we looked at, along with the house itself. We were first time homebuyers, so we didn’t have a clue what to do, what to expect, etc.. but Allison was always on the phone with us to explain the process and answer all of our questions! And trust me, we had a ton of them! She was always super helpful, super sweet and nice, and always very easy to talk to. We felt like we were meeting up with a friend every time we met up to look at a different house that she was showing us.
