The company takes pride in training their employees. It is a 20 week training program (I know it sounds like a lot). It is very thorough and you will be confident in all of the knowledge you've gained. My manager makes sure I am fully equipped with information and knowledge to ensure I am the best of the BEST! I am still a new employee but I have no doubt my opinions will change about the culture. I feel how genuine everyone is to make sure everyone is successful. I love how encouraging everyone is it's really a team actually more like family! I also love that the office is a very collaborative environment because we get personal commission percentages but also commission based on how our branch is doing. I've been at other staffing/placement firms and it was everyone against each other to be the top dog. At this company we work together to make sure everyone wins! The work-life balance is out of this world! I love love LOVE it!

Since I've been an ambassador for Adams & Martin Group in the Washington, DC office my experience has been nothing but great. The team, which consists of Branch Manager Chris Jones and Business Solutions Managers Chris Shrum and Michelle Hermes, has consistently shown that the needs of their candidates are just as important to them as the needs of their clients. Each manager/recruiter goes above and beyond to pair candidates with firms whose culture and atmosphere are compatible with their own expectations of their employers. Each has their own personal style of managing and recruiting; they work effectively as a team to ensure that candidates are properly compensated based on their qualifications, experience and job history. They provide you with much needed coaching on resume presentation, dressing the part for an interview, salary negotiations and will even take the time to go over what to expect or say in an interview if you are feeling nervous or overwhelmed. In short: the team here at AMG DC wants to you to succeed. Any questions or concerns about anything--from an assignment to personal matters--are always addressed, and dealt with, as quickly possible. My time as an Ambassador for AMG has been exceptionally wonderful and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to find a job within the legal field!
