She is very timely *unless other clients have gone over which is normal in this field, think about if you were the one needing a few extra minutes* Dr.Sales is one of the many therapists I've seen in my lifetime BUT SHES THE ONLY ON THAT IVE STAYED WITH! I've chose to continue care with her due to her personal touch, honesty to my situations and resilience with me even when I give push back (usually due to my own stubbornness or inability to see the bright side) she's very good with reframing and giving perspective. I'm thankful I came across her for therapy! I actually look forward to meeting with her. Unlike prior therapists that made me feel worse about my state of mind/perception or misunderstood. Due to her tools she gives and talk therapy, I feel understood, capable and competent. Thankful for her. And yes like all therapists she is giving you a service and services are not free, but she's on multiple platforms so if in-person is too pricy try looking into her virtual options! Phenomenal service, but at the end of the day, it’s a business and it shows in many ways. Ros does her best but as the practice has grown it’s become impersonal from an operational level more often than not and more expensive. I cannot recommend these services seeing how things changed over the years but wouldn’t dare say not to give them a try.

Ms. Sales and the other people there are.. fine.. they will work with you and Ms. Sales does seem to care. However, she only cares if you have the money to pay. God forbid you have life events and cant pay because then she will send you into collections. I switched from her to someone else and don't for a second regret that
